Thanks to generous donors, the $300 million Vision. Innovation. Impact. Campaign has surpassed its halfway mark and the groundbreaking ceremony for the state-of-the-art, five-story patient tower that will proudly stand as the new main entrance to Jupiter Medical Center was held on Nov. 28. The new patient tower will feature the new Level ll De George Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in partnership with Nicklaus Children’s Hospital.
The tower will open in 2019 and will include 12 semiprivate areas for pediatric patients, and two private family rooms, thanks to the Lawrence J. and Florence A. De George Charitable Trust and Nicklaus Children’s Health Care Foundation. The fourth floor will house beautiful, new patient rooms, and the fifth floor will accommodate seven stunning concierge suites complete with family rooms.
